The Ecobrick starter workshop was held at
Sakyong, Kalimpong district, West Bengal, India at Lower Menchu.
In the beginning I started with the presentation on «Plastics the Biosphere & Ecobricks» and after presentation the session went on ecobricking with 16 new participants and 3 trained ecobrickers.
The ecobricking went on smoothly with the presence of trained ecobrickers being there helping the new ones to pack plastics in a proper way.
The new community of ecobrickers at Sakyong have decided to ecobrick twice in a month with their own segregated household plastics.
Total ecobricks made – 16
Bottle volume – 250 ml
Plastics saved from going to the biosphere – 1kg 807 gms
